I'm sure some are aware, but as I've mentioned in previous threads on multiple posted underwear deals, I have rancid flatulence due to chronic IBS. I've been seeking a solution and a product that has either activated charcoal infused fibers or charcoal inserts to alleviate the odor. does anyone know if these have that option or have experience wearing these? thank you

Metronidazole is the way. Ask your doctor for a prescription. it won't cure your IBS but if you take this for a couple of days it will alleviate the odor. It kills the bacteria that make the swamp gas.
