I literally just bought this exact card from amazon for $550 2 days ago... Luckily I have a Microcenter an hour away from me that's worth the drive! Nice find OP!!

FYI, Shadow is MSI most budget product offering. Backplate is all plastic if you care about such things. Probably not the best choice if you plan on aggressively overclocking your GPU.
