Phone is $350-400 used
Watch is $80-115 used
My threshold for a good phone deal is at or below the good condition used market. The moment you open these, they will be worth ~$515. This isn't a bad deal but unless you really want all three parts, I wouldn't look twice.
I'm a big pixel fan, had the 6, 7, 8 and 9, traded up to each for close to nothing. But the google tensor chip isn't a top performer by any means. In the long run, I wouldn't be as confident it will remain snappy as I would in a Snapdragon or Apple silicone chip. Going back 2 years as a starting place would give me pause personally.
Have no use for the watch, shame I can't buy the phone alone for like $400. Would be a great alternative to a new mid range device with plenty of future software updates.

You can I got a barely used one a year ago for $360 from ebay and it had 256GB and a 1 year warranty (same length as Google). Looked brand new to me and bat was 100%. 128GB is useless today.
Unlike iphones, Androids depreciate like crazy which is good for us as they now have support for like 6 years and work perfectly fine. I liked my P8P better than my 2x cost S24u. Then my mother "acquired it".
In any case its a great device.
As crazy as it sounds, 128gb could be the deal breaker here. That will fill up in 12 months even with normal use. The OS and apps have grown considerably in size these days taking up as much as 50gb on first install. This is excluding gaming and other heavier apps. If you take lot of pics and also store music or offline videos you are looking at 100gb filled up so easily. 256gb should be the minimum these days.
it has been this price off and on for the last few months. Not to say it's not a deal. I've thought about it to replace my 6a myself. Can't decide. I think I may wait for black Friday

Often it's better to use the web interface rather an app. Apps are usually just device usage tracking versions of the web interface.

I agree about the small sizeā¦but in the span of 12 months you can't get a flash drive or stationary HD/cloud drive to offload the pictures onto?
Apps are certainly much more annoying since it can be obnoxious to keep uninstalling/reinstalling

Going back 2 years as a starting place would give me pause personally.

where did you traded more recently? I have had a hard time finding a good offer to replace my pixel 7 pro
I got this few months back. Had 100$ off coupon which brought it down to 499+ tax... traded in the phone for 500$ back for pixel 10 pro.... wait for elevated trade in to be back during thanks giving time... will get you better trade in value.
