From my research on lens fix if it's broken, it seems that DJI doesn't fix it at all since DJI doesn't officially sell this camera in the US. There is also no way to purchase DJI care for this. So you are on your own. Correct me if I am wrong. Otherwise it's a good deal and great camera.

They each have two entirely separate sensors and set of lenses and a chip that is fast enough to process recording from both sensors simultaneously. It's basically two cameras in one.

Saw this on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/djiosmo360/s/B3jtQ2HzNw

TLBig Grinr. warranty will be based on the serial number for the unit. Likely, it's a device from outside US. No US release of Osmo 360 yet so therefore no US warranty. Hence the discount is my guess.

lot of lens fogging issues with this new model being reported, hence folks have started returning them.

Dramatically better, same against the new GoPro. DJI killed it. The "replaceable lenses" issue is a distraction and actually compromises image quality anyway.

Do people really break the lens that often? I mean I guess if you're doing some very extreme filming with it, but for the every day person that's just going on a bike ride, a car ride, etc., how often do the lenses break?
Because they protrude, they are easy to scratch, i scratched mine and it was 200 to replace from an older 360

Amazon has the DJI Osmo 360 Camera on sale for $412.99 after 20% off (regularly $549.99).

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DTTZZ6Q3?th=1

Price: $439.99

Discount: 20% off

Start: September 26

End: October 6

Good deal if you've been waiting on this one, nice discount on a brand new release.
When did this come out? I got the Insta360 X4 back in March. I am mostly all DJI products, but went with the X4 because I didn't see a 360 from DJI. This one has somewhat good reviews, but the nonreplaceable lenses or ND Filters like X5 has, it's almost outdated, no?

i converted to vr180 but this is tempting. lack of dji support in north America really sucks though and holds me back. it is easy to crack lens. if only its not a hassle to get the $25 replacement lens. regular lens is still superior optically to replaceable lens. lens guard helps but takes a hit optically too.

you actually need a considerable impact to physically break the lens but these accidents do happen. what kills most of these cameras is lenses that get scratched which is actually not that hard to do. the only fix there would be a lens replacement.

True 8K 360 recording with excellent low light capabilities (due to 1/1.1" sensor). Main downside is lack of replaceable lenses.

Also takes 120megapixel 360 images.

DJI is guaranteeing $25 replacements, no questions asked.

it is OOS on Dji.com but they do offer a "buy now" otherwise. was it pulled off the US market recently?
It was never available in the US it would show as oos if you tried to purchase, you could only get it through third party
