I bought one 3 weeks ago when it was posted. Arrived in about a week with sturdy packaging. Be sure to have a way to get rid of a big pallet and large boxes. I already submitted a warranty ticket after an airbag connection let go. After a short email conversation, I just added a zip tie and it seems to be holding. It did take them a week to reply to the support ticket. Biggest regret is I wish I could try all the models prior to purchase. I will say this brand looks better constructed than others on the youtube videos after taking it half apart to make the repair.

Bought a titan Optimus chair from them a few years back and I use it daily. The rollers broke within the first year and they shipped the part and had a tech come out and fix it covered under warranty. Would buy from them again

I bit. Wife is going to be so pissed. I called her and told her I'm buying a piece of furniture what color do you want black, brown, taupe and she hung up on me. It's going to arrive in a couple weeks taupe it is.
This price with free shipping and no tax just way too hard to pass up

Most of these chairs are built on the same basic platforms. If you are over about 5'10" you really should test the chair in person since most of them won't fit very well for the rollers in the shoulders and neck. There are a few specific models that are better for taller/ larger people but I've not found any place to actually test them out in person.

I recently bought from them and it's from titan/osaki. I called the number for an update on my order and they picked up. Shipping took around 1.5 weeks. Be prepared as they use a trucking company to drop the chair and pallet by your front door.

I got the encore 4D from them and everything went smooth. About 10 days for delivery from Texas. I see so many posts calling out clearancechair. May be they need to change their website name.
