I bought one 3 weeks ago when it was posted. Arrived in about a week with sturdy packaging. Be sure to have a way to get rid of a big pallet and large boxes. I already submitted a warranty ticket after an airbag connection let go. After a short email conversation, I just added a zip tie and it seems to be holding. It did take them a week to reply to the support ticket. Biggest regret is I wish I could try all the models prior to purchase. I will say this brand looks better constructed than others on the youtube videos after taking it half apart to make the repair.

Having to submit a warranty claim doesn't provide confidence, but thank you for the feedback. Did you ever get a resolution via the warranty claim if you decided to not use a zip tie? Also, was the claim through clearancechair or directly with Osaki/Titan? Wondering if these are all used/refurbished selling as 'new'

So far the zip tie has held and will consider the issue solved. The claim was through the clearancechair website which linked to the main osaki website. The chair I received was brand new in the box from the factory. For $1k it is worth the risk, but I would never pay close to retail for one of these.
