Caution: They did not honor promotion I applied to cart upon checked out. When I contacted customer service they said they cannot help me unless I provide a screenshot of the one time use promotion code I applied. This is not trivial since it was a 40% off offer (max $25) for which I should have a $25 discount. Had I known this could happen, I would have captured a screenshot of my cart and promotion code.

Oh this happened to me before too. I even screenshotted my order from Wegmans for $60 after the 40% off and then I was charged $100 afterwards. Customer service ignored me and closed chat on me when I asked for adjustment. Doordash and uber eats both pull this crap now so I always screenshot order checkout and dispute with credit card company nowadays

Thanks for the heads up. They have been offering us 50% off for a long time so I won't even bother with it now.

After I trashed all their 50% off emails now they are trying to get me with 70% off. Not worth the chance off getting scammed.
