Where are the private messages?

I finally updated the app. I'll skip over my impressions of poor UilI/UX design and functionality choices. But I'd like to see if I can still send private messages and most importantly access the old ones? I looked it up here, on the forum, or online. nothing. any thoughts? Thank you.

DM/PMs are gone, alas. Learned it the hard way.
I can still access them via website. But certainly miss them in my mobile app.

I am NOT a big fan of this new design. Missing private messages is a big functionality loss.

The messaging feature should be added back fairly soon.
