Smoky, spicy. Great mixed with mayo, (you've probably had this on a burger or sandwich, somewhere at some point), awesome in pimento cheese (shredded cheese, mayo, crispy bacon, a couple of these mashed up), add some flair to jar salsa.
I use it with my OTT chili every time. Really blends with all the flavors and makes it pop. It's got a smokey flavor and little bit of spice. I use a whole can in my chili and add the juice and surprisingly it's not overpowering. But then again, the amount I make serves about 20+
