It's not even an M4 pro, and it's 16GB ram. Manufacturers have been shipping 16GB ram for years, and it's exhausting how they've crimped the pipeline to make obsolete RAM relevant. We were buying 16GB RAM machines 5 years ago. RAM sticks for the modern computer come in sticks of 32GB or higher now for standards. Apple is dragging their feet and laughing their way to the bank.

I'd pay $1500 for a pro with 24GB RAM. Nothing higher. Thats a deal.

There's never real deals on here anymore. There's 3 tiers of Macbooks now, the reggie, the pro, and the max. This is a reggie. The pros have more RAM channels, and are more future-proof to Apple's engineered obsolesce.
