This is a good size for smaller hands. Between Anywhere and Master size.

I don't have big hands, but small/medium version I've bought last time is way to small for me...
Got this one too, hope, it's a bit bigger! nod

i used this m550 for over a year, then switched up to a m720 from a sd. The 720 uses 1 AA, while the 550 uses 2 AAs. The 720 has BT as well as the proprietary logitech dongle. Forgot what the 720 cost, but it was only a few dollars more, and wayyyyy better.

It's been this price since August minus a short increase. Still a good deal for a good mouse.

As per the Amazon listing, the 550 also has a single battery and BT. Are there are other significant differences that warrant the $25 extra cost on the 720 outside of the programmable buttons and multi-device use?

FWIW, my use will be primary for office-related tasks on a single system..

I bought this mouse in the past.. I like it but it gave me wicked hand cramps/carpel tunnel like symptoms.
I guess the way it fit my hand was no good. Never had that with any other mouse, got rid of this one and problem went away.
good deal though, I paid $29 for the one I had

What's Logi Bolt vs the unifying adapter?

Guessing the first isn't a superset of the second, as I'm not that lucky.

Edit: Guess checks out:

"Though Logi Bolt products cannot be paired with other Logitech USB receivers, and vice versa"

Shucks.

The thing I hate about this mouse is there's no where for you to rest your finger and the buttons are sensitive. So constant accidental presses.

So no hurry to get it as it is just for the slickdeals people getting commissions, isn't it?
