Great price, as is the tri-fuel model - but I need to replace my old generator with an inverter dual- or tri-fuel if 11kW to 14.5kW
Prices of those are coming down, but would like them to fall lower

Actually a decent brand. We've had a WEN inverter generator for a few years, no problems.

I find that in an extended power outage, gas and propane become hard to find, while natural gas remains available. Keep that in mind when buying a genny.

Have this model and it runs the entire house. I would stagger the heavy loads like not running the dryer and the stove at the same time. It will technically do it, but I don't want to risk getting dirty power. Even ran the HVAC during one outage (pump, no heat strips).
Only thing I've had problems with is the solenoid plunger in the carb will get stuck sometimes even if you're using ethanol free gas. It's cleanable though. Also haven't run a lot of propane through it, just enough to try it out.

It's been around since the 50s. They make decent stuff and cheaper end stuff on occasion
