These are pretty good. I'd get them if I didn't have about a hundred other noodle packets to get through. Livin' the bachelor life..

How different are they from ramen noodles?

These basically have a flake and soup base packet and noodles, you cook them all at the same time in the pan then straight out into a bowl. The kimchi flavor is there but it's pretty subtle, more salty than anything else. Token amount of vegetables like lots of other noodle packets. Easy to make and is unique enough to have a few packets of to mix things up if you're living on the cheap like me. I've had them with some Trader Joe beef bulgogi and it works fairly well.

I think it's mainly the texture. Korean noodles are bouncy compared to the Japanese noodles, if that makes sense.

You need a doctorate degree in Chemistry to read the insanity that's listed as ingredients in these things! Unreal that people would put this garbage in their bodies!

You might want to eat some whole foods to make sure you can procreate naturally and hopefully in the near future!

Not saying it's perfect, but it's better than most. Mostly wheat flour and potato starch, but beyond that there's a lot of vegetables that are pretty easily identifiable in the ingredients and the majority of items are in plain english. Leek extract, carrots, pumpkin, etc.
Price does seem to have gone up to $24 though.
