I wouldn't recommend it; it's too salty, and the kimchi flavor isn't good.

This is good, but not as good as the original Nongshim Shin Red. (I don't think I have tried Shin Black)

I recommend buying a pack at the supermarket to give Shin Black a try. I buy a pack of 4 or the box whenever it goes on sale.

My family lives this favor. I boil the noodles, drain 90% of the water out. Add in 30% of the flavor pack, mix it up, throw a slice of cheese on top, microwave 30 seconds, mix again. You have a cheesy Kim chi noodle.
I also boil an egg for 6.5 mins and ice bath it to get a runny hard boil egg like the ramen restaurants make make also.
