If you're having trouble getting the coupons to show up on the 12 and 36 count listings [amazon.com], make sure to let the page load completely (no loading symbols visible) before switching to S&S for the coupons to appear.
You need to follow this process for both the 12 and 36 count listings. If you're impatient and don't wait for the pages to fully load, the coupons won't show up when switching to S&S; at least, that's how it worked for me...
