Worked for me, I saw germination within 5 days. However, we had a drought and it died just as fast

I'm in Seattle and my lawn is completely dried out and full of weeds. Wondering if it is the right time to re-seed and how well this products works in my area? Appreciate it is someone can help me with steps to grow and maintain thick and green lawn. Not a green thumb hereshake head
