Ugreen 240w cable have 10gb data.
You made that up. Usb 2.0 is a fallback for usb C. They don't list it so people will assume it is standard usb c cable not some cheep cut down versoin that only supports a 25 year old protocol. (April 2000)
It's a scam, don't defend it.

What they do is say "charging cord". Anytime I see that reference I pretty much know it's going to be a usb 2.0 and really just for charging only.

Then don't hide it.
I'm pretty sure the person you're screaming at isn't hiding anything
I'm not screaming. But my logic is sound. They are neglecting to provide necessary information.
Edit: PS you can have a charging cable without data, so it is necessary to mention it.

Not one mention on the page that it is actually a 2.0 speed calbe.
Unless it says otherwise the default date transfer mode for all cables are 2.0.

I didn't made it up. Like you say it is standard on USB C. If it didn't state the transfer speed than it is USB 2.0 by default .
