FYI, I learned the hard way lol, this wouldn't work with Amex monthly credits because the way it shows on statement (Amazon ....) not Grubhub as the Biz Monthly and Personal Monthly credit usually works.

Huh? It always worked for me, at least for pickup. You are still ordering from Grubhub, a promo could wouldn't change that. My pending order shows "GRUBHUB" currently.

I did this in July 2024 last year and i didn;t get statement credit, so maybe now the transaction name may have changed?

Can anyone else confirm you'll get the Amex biz $20 and $10 personal credit lately?

Just checked my transaction from July 11 this year (2025). It posted fine even with the 50% offer, and the credit posted too.

Thanks for verifying, I'll give it a try. In the terms it says you have to go thru Prime portal to order via grubhub that's why I assumed my last years transaction didn't go through but thank you again...

I just order through the app or the website. Looking at the deal, it says this "Only valid on qualifying orders placed on the Grubhub platform (including Seamless) or the Grubhub digital store available on Amazon." I don't think you have to do it through Amazon.

Eating my pickup order from my fav Thai place with this deal. Combined it with my Amex gold $10 Grubhub credit. Even though it says it charges through Amazon pay, the charge on my card came through as Grubhub.
