Imagine paying over $500 for a router. And then imagine them hitting you up for a subscription to it lol

Have you bought a new car recently (and I'm not talking about a satellite radio subscription)? This subscription model doesn't just end at routers.

While I agree, the subscription covers feature beyond the router/mesh hardware. Ex. Ad Blocking, VPN, Password Manager, Dynamic DNS, Internet Backup. If you don't need these then no problem. They are optional.

I had an Amazon offer for 20% off so I am trading in an old Amazon (2013) Kindle Fire that we never use. For $5 device credit, 20% @ $88 and 2% $9 for delayed delivery.

I got the two pack Eero pro 7 retail $549 for $376 after tax and total. Is this a good deal? I am sure prime day won't be better right? I got one free Eero pro 7 from my cable provider and wanted to do a Mesh network to get 2gigs. I think this is better than buying one Eero Max 7. Buying two Pro 7's I think will result in bigger range for multiple floors of house. When pairing them with current eero pro max 7. This is what others have recommend.
