I tried a Razer Kiyo with a built in ring light and eventually stopped using the ring light because I didn't like the feeling of having a light shined right in your face. If you also don't like a bright white light shining in your face, I would suggest against these webcams with built in ring lights.

Just buy a better camera like the Insta Link 2C and your dimly lit room will instantly look better

BUT BUT BUT you didn't mention is it currently 150 dollars! And yes it is 4k, and is maybe the best cam to get. BUT BUT BUT the cam in this thread is only 15 dollars! Kind of big difference. I'm sure a 150 dollar 4k cam will look instantly better than this cheap 15 dollar one.

So, we gave the thread 2 options: the 150 dollar option and the 15 dollar option. And hopefully others chime in and give their recommendations too.

I do own a few cams (logictech ones) that were recommended for webcam stuff.

p.s. I just clicked on the product LINK, and it took me to SIDEDEALS webpage ... which I never heard of before. I thought it would take me to Amazon. Do you guys have experience with this website, is it safe?
