I say this in every M4MM post, but at $450 this is the best deal in computing currently available.

And if I'm honest, perhaps the best I've seen in my 20+ years working in tech.

it is. PC stands for personal computer not Windows OS based machine. iPad or Android Tablet is also a PC

Why are you asking this in every nac mini post even when you got the answer? Don't be that insecure or if you are, search google/youtube for hundreds of more confirmation.

here's one more Wink: it is more than capable for handling lightroom

256gb ssd kills the deal. You will have to have everything on an external ssd which will cut your speed in half.

Unless you buy a OWC Express USB4 (40Gb/s) Bus-Powered Portable NVMe SSD External Storage drive. Then it's not a worry at all.

Stop spewing misinformation. My external drive is twice as fast as the internal drive that comes with the Mac mini.

There are 3 Thunderbolt 4 ports on this thing. The only reason an external SSD would perform that poorly is if its a low quality SSD. For the price this thing is a beast. It's actually one of the few Apple products that I would consider to be a good deal

You can use any windows or Mac pc to create full backups. Just make sure the pc has enough storage or you have an external drive.

Absolutely ridiculous statement. You don't know a damn thing about SSDs if you think it'll cut your speed in half.
