Decent price for delivered. Typically $7-$8 at a local Asian grocery store.

100% pure sesame oil. This brand is what I always buy myself, but I get one of these bottles and refill it with a 56 oz can.

How do people like to use roasted sesame oil, particularly in meals or dishes that aren't too intense to make?

This is the recipe I make most often. It just says "sesame oil", but I always use toasted/roasted.

It's great for stir fry or use for salad dressings

I use it as a "finishing" oil at the end of cooking. A little of this stuff goes a long way. It seems to go rancid within a few months after opening. It's commonly used in some Chinese and Japanese dishes to add a smoky sesame note. I'm sure it has other uses I'm not aware of.

You typically just add a few drops of it at the end. It's very intense.

Used very commonly in Korean cooking. Like if you're doing bibimbap, you might just have some simple sauteed spinach as an ingredient with minced garlic and a few drops of toasted sesame oil.

I have this and I have to watch it because it's so strong that if you put too much of this in your dish it will destroy it. I only add a few drops of this to my dishes.

If you use reasonable amount, Costco and Asian stores sell approximately $14-$19 per 1/2 gal+. It is much cheaper to refill.
