$300 for an Intel 12 gen chipset. This is old chipset don't buy it. With $300 you can but the last gen motherboard

I think the same, this is a dead platform, Intel has the slowest CPU. Give me a AM5 and I buy it!

very capable high end board that received enough refreshes to run a 12, 13, and 14th gen processors. the problem is the pairings. such a high end board, you'd expect at least a 12700k, 13700k or 14700k if not the 900 chip. And at that point you'd probably be better off with an and platformed 9800x3d. I would not rule out LGA1700 as a socket in the midrange-14600 and 14400 processors... which is mismatched for this board
