A lot of calories and fat! Might be a good meal replacement bar but I think there's better options for most people.

It will definitely work for mass, but not so much for muscle. It's soy protein-based which studies have shown is not as effective as other forms of protein, and maybe barely effective at all, for aiding muscle growth.

I think that was debunked, no? I mean soy is a complete protein meaning it contains all the essential amino acids and I'm pretty sure it's how most vegan weight lifters get their protein. I still wouldn't buy this though unless you were trying to gain weight.

It is like most things commonly studied, i.e., coffee is bad vs. coffee is good. Some studies have stated soy works as well as whey and other animal proteins, but, at best, the studies still show inconclusive evidence that say is as effective as building muscle. Certainly, the vegan agenda has published biased studies. It makes it difficult to decipher what the truth is, unfortunately.
