Haha yeah. It works too well and loses almost zero heat. I'll fill it in the morning and go to drink it 3-4 hours later and it's like it's right off the coffee pot. I'll put one or two ice cubes in then it's fine.

I have purchased 3 of the SHE models in the past: 2 16 oz; 1 20 oz. The first one lasted (keeping hot--really hot) pretty much the 5 yrs warranted. My 16 oz travels everywhere with me. It fits in the bottle hold on my travel backpack; in my crossbody bag; and, in the cup holder on my Crosstrek--even the door bottle holder. There used to be a difference in the heat hold time and where they were made between the two models. They all seem to be made in Thailand, now. I think my first purchase had the coated interior but newer ones have the "Slicksteel" finish interior. The lid on the KHE does seem to be slightly larger and maybe doesn't seal as tightly per some reviews. However, at this price, I can't resist getting prepared for Oct 2028 when my current 16 oz will probably die.

I bought two Zojirushi KHE bottles, 16oz over 7 years ago. Both blue. Somehow it's always the blue color that goes on sale. Anyway, I love the mugs. The only quibble I have is that it's too tall for almost all Keurig machines. At home I have a Ninja coffee maker and the mug fits under the coffee spout without any problem. But at work we have commercial Keurig machines. And I have to stand there with the mug tilted under the spout, cause it won't fit. I realize the mug is purposely built to narrow width to preserve temperature. But that makes the 16oz size too tall for almost any Keurig. Just something to keep in mind. You are sacrificing convenience in some cases with this model.
