This looks just like a unit I bought from Wayfair some years back. That one was nearly complete trash and one of the most frustrating assemblies I have ever had to do.
In the end, we did end up using it as additional storage and countertop space for a coffee machine up against the wall, but any hope of wheeling it out into the center of the room to use as a working surface were unrealistic. Just too flimsy. Has too little structural integrity to be moved around much. After a few years when moving house, I just threw it away. I didn't expect it to survive the move, wasn't even going to try.
