Everyone in my family has this machine. It goes for years and makes the absolute best stuff. Find your perfect bean and never buy from a shop again. Cannot recommend enough.

Terrible, weak espresso. Save you palette and get a delonghi. The brew group is all plastic and requires regular greasing. The break in period of like 50 shots is ridiculous. My cheap original line nespresso made better, more full bodied coffee than the 3200, tried a million different coffees and all grind settings. Only way I could make a half decent shot was minimum water, max beans.

Got a delonghi and first shot was night and day. My experience is not unique - search the superautomatic subreddit and you'll find a bunch of people asking what's wrong with their Phillips machines, etc

i had the same experience. had a 3200 for about a month but could never get a good shot. the shot basket is tiny and the water ratio is too high even at the highest dose and lowest water level so you'll never get a strong enough espresso. i switched it out for a delonghi evo which cost me about $100 more but never had a bad coffee from it. i think you can find them at about the same price as the deal when on sale

I got mine for 500 or 550 from Amazon a year or so ago. Do you think this would get any cheaper black Friday? is the 3300 preferred over 3200? Thinking of getting one for fam.
