I own all 3 platforms, but Xbox is my preferred device due to the achievements system, the rewards incentive (which is pretty neutered now), the controller, the UI, among other things. I just purchased the maxed out deal here via Target for the additional 5% off. Despite my many disappointments, I still enjoy my Xbox each time I turn it on. Even if I paid the $360 per year, for a hobby, and for someone in my position, that is still a bargain. It is comparable to 2 hotel nights, 3 fancy dinners, etc. I get more out of this than I would from those experiences.
The only thing I will push back on is this: Xbox is not going anywhere. They are making money hand over fist. They will 100% be around for 3 years from now, but the titanic jokes are funny, despite being rooted in fantasy.
So am I getting charged $14.99 or $30 next? Guess I'll just buy some at $20 and wait to apply them.

Not to down this promotion but you can get Ultimate on eBay for 10-11 a month. Just have to do it monthly.
