The name pays tribute to Slobodan Ćuk, a CalTech professor who invented the Ćuk converter topology.

Agree, but it's pronounced "chook tech", after this device - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%86uk_converter

does this charger throttle? I have similar but smaller ugreen gan 65w 3 port (a,c,c) but it throttles randomly. I plug in to port and the other port with something already charging then turns off

These randomly generated Chinese named brands are getting out of control.

Every time this brand comes up, the threads are crapped with jokes about the name. Wish we could learn more about the product's technical merits instead from actual users.

Having said that, I have a Cuktech powerbank and it's actually pretty great. This wall brick does seem pretty large but hey it's only $10. My Voltme brand equivalents were just as cheap in price and I feel like Cuktech is a more established brand from what I can tell.

CukTech is actually an OEM supplier to LG, Hitachi, and Xiaomi
