Maruchan Gold is not the same as your typical Maruchan ramen. These are premium quality instant ramen.

No. Just no. visit your local asian grocer and get something better. If you stick sh!t in a fancier bag, guess what? You still have sh!t in a bag.
Good catch, my mind defaulted to thinking it was a nongshim version of spicy miso... getting late...

This might be a direct competitor to Nissin's "King of Ramen" which has the texture and taste you get from Japanese restaurant. I'm going to give it a try. S&S for me is $6.00.

Dollar off does seem expired. These noodles are actually solid for instant, very easy to dress up and make a nice dinner out of.

When I click on the coupon, it shows "Promotion has ended". But the 25% off S&S is still active. I'm seeing final cost around $7.70 now. Still a good deal overall.

They're both good, but it's a bit of apples an oranges comparison. Shin is Korean ramyeon and very spicy. This is Japanese ramen. Japanese food are generally not spicy, so "spicy" miso is nowhere near as spicy as Shin. Personally, I think Maruchan Gold noodles are among the best instant ramen noodles, and the broth is pretty good too. That said, I do occasionally like going for something very spicy, so I often have Shin or Neoguri in my cupboard as well.

These are actually really good. Broth has a consistency like what you get at a restaurant. Throw some meat and veggies in it and your golden.

Looks like it's sold out though. I have tried thr soy sauce version but not as great or rich tasting.
