Yeah, the McDonalds app has probably the most targeted offers of any app out there lately. In fact, I have one account set up with my work phone / email and another with my personal phone / email and those two accounts don't get the same offers, even though I use the same location most of the time. One will have 30% off $10 while another has 20% off and one will have a BOGO nuggets deal while the other has a $2.50 double cheeseburger … their offers are extremely diverse, but also extremely inconsistent across users. Friends near me have also mentioned having completely different offers than mine.

It changes per location. I was just in another city for business. The app had $1 any soft drink and any size fry with any size soft drink purchase.
