Be aware that the louvers are NOT water tight. They can handle light rain but with heavy rain they will sag down and start dripping. Everything will get wet under heavy rain.

What makes it smoking hot? This sounds like a planned follow up comment to get traction. Tell us more!

Costco had these earlier this summer for $1900 which I think was best price ever, and that needed a membership. I missed out on that and bought one for 2100$ from Wayfair a few months back and that was a good deal at the time. this is straight from the mfg and $1500, just really good based on my tracking for the past 6 months.

What do you think of it so far?

I've been wanting one for a while and this is tempting. I've been looking into bonpergola and pergolux, but looked at this one early on. just trying to figure out if I should jump on this one.

These are much cheaper and just as good. If you want it motorized (completely unnecessary) you could look into those brands but otherwise these are great and this is the lowest they go for

agreed, smoking hot deal. one thing to note, the Costco deal is 9x14 which matters for those trying to cover narrower side yards

I have the 10x20 and have been under some pretty heavy rain for the northeast - stayed dry. I imagine hurricane or 40+ mph winds might be different

Probably a bad installation. I have this exact model and it doesn't leak water.

Agreed that this is a really really good deal - I bought at Costco for $2k a few months back and thought that was a great deal.

Cheapass, here's the thing — at a certain age you stop worrying about deals and start worrying about fiber intake, knee strength, and remembering why you walked into a room. Maybe it's time you trade hype comments for a good multivitamin.
