I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you are going to place it 6+ feet away just for monitoring a specific app it might work.

Edited. It could work. If you are young with good eyes the 120 Hz refresher rate might be fine. Personally, I would go look at it in person and see how it looks close up.

No one expects 120hz from $150 TV

120hz for TV is stupid anyways. There's like no 120hz content out there.

After using a 55 inch TV for about 5 years now, I find a 43 inch to be too small. I sit roughly 7 ft away when watching movies and gaming in the bedroom. A 50-55 inch would be ideal for 6-7 ft viewing distance from my experience...

This is definitely the right price and size I'm looking for, to use in the basement with my backup PC on a dresser with not much headroom to spare. Room is used as a 4th bedroom in the summer as it is much cooler in the basement, and a weight/fitness room when the bed is put up I was looking for this size 4k TV or a 32ish" monitor also 4k if one popped up BF. But it seems to have a lot of 1 star reviews. Thoughts? Don't really game much these days, so when it is being used, it would get some emulation, youtube and other videos, background noise.
