I have one of these not this brand mine is baseus. But half my kids have android the other half are loyal to IPhone and its been awesome. Our phones do not heat up while using it. But mine isn't this high of wattage ether so maybe that makes a difference.

Receiveda Joyroom wireless charger, not this model, but one that looks like a remote, as a present. DOA. Did not want to tell the person who gave me the gift so he would not feel bad for giving me something that does not work. Contacted Joyroom. They wanted the serial # and the Amazon order #. I sent them a picture of all the entries on the unit, including the serial #. I explained that since it is a gift I do not have the order # and told them the above reason for not asking for the order #. Joyroom balked and did not even respond. If they were worried that the unit was already out of warranty they could have approximated the date from the serial #. So they lost a potential future customer for the couple of bucks it would have cost them to send me a new unit.

I'm a little hesitant using all these off brand chargers, which are all over slickdeals nowadays, with $1k phones. How safe/reliable is joyroom, baseus, etc?
