oem processor, you will probably only get a one year warranty, wouldn't chance it if you plan to overclock

The 9900X3D is just not it. Worse in gaming that the 9800 and 9950, not that much cheaper than the 9950. The only people it *might* be ideal for are people building a micro workstation and gaming rig, because 6 cores per CCD means heat is a bit easier to dissipate.

Yeah I couldn't find it on their website, I used chat gpt, but you could try emailing tech support. Other companies do spell it out and it's 1 year.

It does not have time period info, but looks the buyer would have to go through msi for warranty.
