I agree. It takes 2 of these pouches to equal a 5 oz can of tuna. Any less makes a wimpy sandwich.

They might not be as far off as you think. A 5 oz can of regular tuna from the major manufacturers contains 4 oz of tuna after draining and has a listed protein content of 20 to 23 grams typically. I agree it would take 2 pouches to make a sandwich but also find a '5 oz' can of tuna doesn't quite satiate either. I tend to use these mixed into quick bowl type meals with beans/rice/another meat/etc. and find the various seasonings sufficient to not have to any other source of flavors...got the 12 pk for $6.51 last night (only 54 cents per pouch).

I just eat these straight up when I can't make a sandwich or anything else. I didn't know people made sandwiches with them at all. If you have all the stuff on hand to make a sandwich, why would you even use this?

Still a good price without the coupon compared to Ollie's $1 price, and I bet these arent about to expire in the next 60 days.
