after all the horror stories i've heard about LG and Samsung refrigerators, it's hard to understand why people continue to buy then.

Because bespoke fridge is supposed to be one of the best now. But it's reputation.. Samsung... Was hurt a bit obviously with the old models. Ice in freezer is much better

I've had an LG fridge, washer, and dryer for 5 years with zero issues. We abuse the heck out of them with 4 little kids.

Here's the info for the free panels - https://www.samsung.com/us/shop/p...nel-offer/

This model has no screen on it. From what I can tell, the AI feature is for energy saving.

These deals are at least $248 less than the Frontpage deals a month ago -> https://slickdeals.net/f/18578797

Rarely do people who are happy with their product say anything about them. Of course you'll only hear about bad experiences. I'll add to the growing number of positive reviews, we have had an LG fridge since 2011 and it's been great. Ice maker started giving us some trouble recently but that's it. Replacement part is $150.

There are a few others without the AI Features that have slightly better reviews. Not sure of the different features the "AI" part provides. But those are also not this 4 door flex portion. Do you miss a super wide freezer?

Wow this is actually a historic cheap price, I wondering if they are abandoning the models / selling the panels.

Wish I had EPP would have jumped on this. Just ordered a kitchenaid fridge from BestBuy for more than double the costs.

Had a Samsung fridge, didn't even make it a weekend before the compressor took a dump. Samsung sent a new compressor but by that time I had already told Sears I didn't want it, the guys who picked it up took the compressor with it and said they won't fix it and will just throw it in a conex with the other Samsung fridges they took back for the same problem. Never again.
