- WiseWing899 would recommend users go into developer options and reduce Window + Transition + Animation scales to .5x (half) for a much snappier feel when navigating or opening apps.
- pokypig101 I've got this tablet and the stuttering/lag was driving me crazy, but once I turned off the "RAM boost" feature the experience has been a night and day difference.
- DealSeekerJuly2022 after removing all the Samsung bloat through ADB it runs smoother restarts faster and battery lasts roughly a week sitting idle much better than stock On another thread
- aintaboutdislife said: ADB Appcontrol is probably the easiest solution for people unfamiliar with adb. It provides you with step by step instructions and a GUI, so you don't have to do everything by command line. https://adbappcontrol.com/en/
- roberthhid said turn off animations by settings-accessibility-reduce animations. Also disable metro zone in the apps menu.

I use it 1) as a 5g hotspot 2) as a dedicated Microsoft Teams screen for work and 3) to stream Xbox/PC games so I don't have being front of the TV to play.
About $50 if youre new and go BYOD route = cheapest cell plan $30 + $20 for tablet line

It might seem intimidating but I'd also recommend using ADB and getting rid of the bloatware from Metro. YT vids are really easy to follow.
I don't have too many apps on it, to preserve memory, however it's still great for my needs. I primarily stream shows/movies on it, I don't use it for browsing the web because that's where it feels the most slow.
The coolest thing I use it for is mirroring my pixel 9 pro to play games with the USB Camera Pro App ($3). I connect both together via a USBc hub and a few others chords, allowing me to play my ps2/gamecube games on the Samsung screen. (720p and 60fps seems to run the smoothest)
Dex mode is available on this, but limited compared to the higher end models. For example you can't run a secondary monitor from the Tablet . But if you tinker around the settings, and download a few apps (you can uninstall them afterwards) - you are able to use the tablet as a secondary monitor for your PC/Laptop via WiFi. Minor latency, as to be expected with wifi connection. I'm sure there are apps out there for purchase allowing you to use a wired connection instead.
TLDR; a solid choice for those who primarily stream, web browsing can feel 1-2 seconds sluggish. However with a bit of tinkering you can get much more from this tablet. Don't expect to play games on this at all though, I wouldn't.
