My biggest question on all these locks these days is when the F**k did they start opening on the left side? So frickin backwards when you've spent many decades putting a lock on left to right. Only to do that with these and realize it's backwards and you have to flip it over and unlock it.
And for anyone questioning the security of these and other cheap small locks, they are simply a deterrent. Someone flipping through lockers looking for an easy grab will still bypass a locked locker a majority of the time. Just like car thieves just go through cars looking for unlocked doors and cheap gun cabinets will keep kids and random thieves away.
