Got it for my mom and had an issue with windows updates failing. Did a windows reset from the internet and havent had an issue since. Perfect small pc for basic usage.

I have a N97 version of this mini PC which is almost identical. It has a good price but remember, it's still a cheap underpowered PC. So, don't expect too much from it. A few points worth to mention. If you play 1080 or higher resolution video on a 4k monitor and browse the internet at the same time, sometimes the video will stutter. The 16 GB of RAM it comes with is not upgradable, so you are stuck with it. By the way, it is single channel memory. The internal m.2 drive is SATA, not NVMe. So, it is slow but you can upgrade it up to 2 TB NVMe. The 3.5 mm audio output is a trash as it puts out all kind of noises through the speakers as you move the mouse, update the system or do other tasks in Win11 as well in Linux. To avoid this, from day one I switched to audio output on my monitor (via HDMI), which produces very clean sound. The good thing is the fan is not too noisy and the case does not get too hot. I started using it with Win11 but it failed to update. Then I upgraded the dive to NVMe and installed Xubuntu on it which has worked pretty good so far.

Thank you for your feedback. It's generally advised to do a clean wipe of the OS upon purchasing a mini PC, regardless of the brand.

I bought one recently and they are still selling infected ones with malwares. Slickdeals should not allow posting these in my opinion. Mine came with chrome pre installed with default search engine set to malicious sites. Reset PC didnt work as the affected files seems to be pulled back from the recovery partition. I had to completely wipe and install windows from a usb flash drive. Do not buy Kamurai or AceMagic mini PCs.
