Deal Alerts no longer working for me

My deal alerts stopped working a while ago. The most basic one is "quicken." It no longer triggers.

I saw the home page had a Sam's Club membership for $15 (personalized section) or $20 ("front page slickdeals" section)

I also saw this guide on making better alerts: https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=67718300&postcount=540

I created an alert and kept making it more generic until I got to: @title membership

I was warned it would send many triggers. But when I ran it, "your deal matches" had zero hits. Even though I was staring at active sam's club memberships if I did a manual search.

Has the deal alert function just completely broken? Thank you.

Same issue here - I also get zero hits on any of my existing or new alert triggers. It looks like it stopped working on September 20th - I've received no alert emails since 9/19, and before that I at least got two summary emails per day.

I have had a trigger happen since posting this -- Nord VPN worked. I had the existing trigger shown below:
nordvpn|"nord vpn"
I cannot edit existing deals which is odd, I have to delete and recreate them. I recreated my sam's club as shown below. I'll see if I got the trigger correct next time I run a manual check.

When bookmarked/visiting from main page, alerts would appear as tiles in lower-right of screen.The alert push notifications stopped a week or two ago.

Now, when visiting main page, nothing. But if you click on deal alerts icon on top right-middle screen, they then populate.

I also noticed that I wasn't receiving alerts lately. I thought maybe there were no deals on DeWalt tools lately (usually several per week). I did a manual search with the same criteria and got lots of hits, so I knew the alert was broken. I edited the alert (didn't change the original search criteria, just the deal level 5+ to FP just to trigger a change) and resaved. It started working again as expected. I edited a few other alerts, but they are less frequent result yielding, so I don't know if it fixed them yet.

I'll agree with the above, it appears to be working again. I don't know if it was recreating searches, or if the page maintainers did something, but I'm getting alerts again.

Same with me. No alerts in email for a long while. Just went away. I redid my alerts and made sure they all listed email. That was a week ago. Still no alerts. There's no point of slickdeals without alerts.

Yes. It looks like you use Classic, so the easiest way to see if you are at the limit is to visit your inbox and then scroll down below your messages and look for this section:

Inbox contains xxx messages.
You have xxx messages stored, of a total xxx allowed.
