Reviews say its stretchy. Its also made with spandex though they dont list the percentage of spandex. People say it runs a bit big from what I was seeing.

I kinda feel like this wouldn't really help dogs in the cold unless they were a breed with a very short, smooth coat. Almost everything that is supposed to keep you warm works by trapping air which not only will this not do, if it's "snug" it would actively prevent your dogs natural fur from doing it. I think a lot of people assume more fabric = warmer because layering helps humans, but don't realize that dogs don't need the same things we need because we're hairless lol
