Keep in mind, you first have to get the membership and spend $15, you can't get SAMS CASH until you are an actual member. So the membership is $15 oop up front, saying it is $5 after the flu shot isn't 100% accurate. You're not getting $10 off the $15 to start. You also have to have insurance that covers the flu shot, no insurance, the flu shot isn't free.
