Available Colors:Features:- The revolutionary FRAME system gives new meaning to the word customization. Want to upgrade the motherboard tray to billet aluminum? Want to swap out your front I/O panel for more USB ports? Now you can. A case that can change and grow with your needs (or just your mood). The options are nearly limitless
- High-performance fans pre-installed in the front of case. Support daisy-chainable 4-pin PWM connections and Zero RPM mode for near-silent operation at low loads
- This steel multi-point mounting system offers unmatched flexibility in front and roof fan configuration. Simply slide the rail to mount fans up to 200mm (140mm in the roof) wherever you like, ensuring targeted airflow without fixed mounting constraints
- The internal side panel near the motherboard tray can be used as a cable cover for clean cable management, or you can remove it and mount fans to the side for increased cooling potential
- Optimized for high airflow and minimal restriction, the steel front panel is perforated in three dimensions with a Y-pattern that provides a low-obstruction path for cool air

4000D Frame (just because Corsair loves confusing you) https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/p...9011290-ww

The biggest difference is the "Frame" series allows more fans and more/larger radiators, which if all you use a 360 AIO for a CPU it isn't a huge deal. I have the Airflow, and while I'd like to have more options for fans, as mentioned above I like having all my plugs and power on top of the case.
That said, Amazon also had the 6500D airflow (a wider version that allows for putting the PSU and everything in a side area) for about $80 with a coupon, that coupon has since expired, but Prime Day is approaching if you really are hot on a case keep an eye out. IMO, there are too many good options out there to force yourself to be brand loyal to a particular case.

I wound up buying a 5000D from Woot. With both the 4000D & the 5000D a thicker radiator would not fit up top because of the way it's recessed. With the 5000D I had to replace the AIO cooler anyway because the hoses on the Corsair I had were too short to mount on the side or front. Note that if you do mount fans or a radiator on the side, along with fans on the front, turbulence will effect air flow & cooling.
While the cases I bought from Woot were delivered from/by Amazon, they were apparently on Woot because they were VERY old stock that had been [literally] kicking around some warehouse for quite a while. 3 in a row arrived damaged, one Very severely. I kept the least damaged case and Corsair gladly sent me a replacement side panel for free!
If you use conventional hard disks rather than SSDs, the 4000 & 5000 series IMHO have very poor mounting locations, cooling, and hardware. I also found the case's USB C port was pretty weak, failing in just over a year. Corsair does sell several case replacement parts, and I replaced the entire switch assembly, and use a USB C hub so I'm not plugging cables into that port for it to wear out.
