The biggest difference is the "Frame" series allows more fans and more/larger radiators, which if all you use a 360 AIO for a CPU it isn't a huge deal. I have the Airflow, and while I'd like to have more options for fans, as mentioned above I like having all my plugs and power on top of the case.
That said, Amazon also had the 6500D airflow (a wider version that allows for putting the PSU and everything in a side area) for about $80 with a coupon, that coupon has since expired, but Prime Day is approaching if you really are hot on a case keep an eye out. IMO, there are too many good options out there to force yourself to be brand loyal to a particular case.
