I looked again and here's what I think is the info you asked for:

Type 3 SPD VPR L–N, N–G 1.2 kV; L–G 0.9 kV

So from what I can tell its sensitivity seems to be on the average budget side although it does have a higher endurance with 4000 joules. Have I understood this correctly?

line-neutral, neutral-ground 1200 volts and line-ground 900 volts is definitely way too high. This is better than most of the garbage surge protector strips SD likes to push but far from ideal. For just a few dollars more you can usually get a better version of it.
