Look for an email from Kohls with the title "A special note for you, from our CEO". The email has a long wordy message thanking you for your patronage and at the bottom was a $15 kohls cash promotional gift. Expiration 10/30.
When adding the code in the app - under "Enter manually" be sure you go to the second tab "Coupons & Gift Cards". Once added it won't be under kohls cash, but instead will be under Coupons.
