It overheats returned mine and went with insta360 instead
Not true at all. I literally switched to Osmo Action cameras because of this issue with GoPro cameras. The osmo Action cameras do not suffer from overheating unless you are literally recording over a fire pit,a volcano, a grill or a stove... Are you cooking your camera?
I've been using mine as a dashcam while riding my bicycle in Florida weather since last November. Hasn't once overheated on me.
Also it cut off during one recording and started up again after 32 min. Is that weird? Or does it have some hard stop limit on 32 min of 4k-60gfps and it cannot handle any more in one go?
