I bought these, they're $3 more but worth it in my opinion. https://slickdeals.net/f/18672367-prime-baseus-bass-bc1-open-ear-earbuds-19-59-free-shipping?attrsrc=JFYCarousel%3APosition%3A5%7CJFYCarousel%3AType%3Athread&src=jfy_carousel They're Baseus's base level, but they look very similar to these here and they are the only earbuds I use now.

Before, I could never get any earbuds to stay in place, and they weren't comfortable to wear. Not only do they stay put when you wear them with even the most vigorous exercise, but they're far more comfortable to wear since you don't have to insert them in your ear canal. These newer "clip-on" open ear style earbuds are a revelation, so much better than any style I've used.

I tried 4-5 open ear buds Baseus($20), Byobuc($19.99), Tazo($24,99), Some noname($15,99), and Monster AC339($29.99)
the sound quality is ok, but not loud. so you can hear only is no noise around.
So far the best is a Monster AC339 .They sounds almost as Shokz openDots one.($199)
I will try Ugreen and if they win I will stop with them.
If not Monster will be good too

I'm going to give the Monster's a shot. Weird how they have it listed at two prices, one is $169.99 https://www.amazon.com/Monster-Bl...lectronics the other $29.99 https://www.amazon.com/Monster-He...lectronics

I went with $29

The $29 one is 'Direct-Sale Store'. Good luck. I may have to pull the trigger. Since if scam, I can get Amazon to refund.

I got these recently and love the style of open ear now. sounds is good, but others around can hear as well in quiet environments or when you play loud. they skip and cut out a lot, I've never experienced this in even the cheapest earbuds ever. so they're gonna have to go back for me.

People seem to still be interested in the general style of these clip on buds so I'll comment on my experience with the Baseus mc1: the clip on style sits surprisingly secure on the ear with minimal ear fatigue for longer sessions. Volume is mostly fine but is easily drowned out if you're outside or anywhere with a lot of noise. A loud tv in the same room would be enough to start drowning these earbuds with their volume maxed out. Also the left bud on mine has a dud battery or something, discharges itself 3 minutes after taking them out of a full charge.

All good points. I typically use them walking outdoors or at home watching movies and listening to talk radio. I've never had an issue with outside noise drowning out what I'm listening to, or my sound bothering other people. Also, I have to admit that I don't play mine too loud, so I haven't experienced the cutting out either. For me, the comfort and secure fit is the bees knees. I love them. That said, I hope mine don't start acting up, I'd send them back too if they cut out. I have the Baseus BP1s, and they just didn't fit, they kept coming loose and I had to fidget with them. Also, the bass was too boomy which led to major ear/sound fatigue. The app adjustments help but I still prefer the BC1s. What is cool is only needing one app. Also, the BC1 pairing with two devices is very handy. I have mine paired to my TV and my phone, much less of a hassle automatically switching to whatever device I turn on.

Well, I got my Monster AC339s. I'm a little disappointed. It turns out I definitely prefer the sound of the Baseus BC1s. Also, the BC1's can be adjusted with their app, but even on "normal" the BC1s just sound better to me. Comfort is about the same between the two, but here again I prefer the BC1s. The Monster's are a little smaller than the Baseus, so if you have small ears the Monster's might be preferable.

Here's the dealbreaker for me with the Monsters. The Monsters don't automatically switch between previously paired devices. I thought they were supposed to, as they advertise these having Bluetooth 6.0. I kind of doubt that now. The Bluetooth on the BC1s switch seamlessly between two devices, no problemo. For example, if I'm listening to music on my phone with my Baseus BC1s, and then I turn on the TV, the sound automatically switches the BC1s to the TV. If I then start a song on my phone the audio switches back to the phone. The BC1s recognize that I activated a new source. The Monsters "do not" switch unless I shut off or "forget" the other device they were last paired to. I verified this several times. In other words, they connect the old way with Bluetooth. They are going back.
