Hmm. Sucks as in don't buy or sucks as in strong vacuuming power? lol.

I need more to clean out my car weekly after playing beach volleyball.

I was debating getting the ridgid battery powered vacuum for $130(waiting for a sale) since I have a ton of ridgid batteries

But this is smaller and only really need it for the car once a week

I like this one better because it comes with a stand:
Shark WANDVAC Portable, Ultra Strong Suction, Cord-Free, Rechargeable Handheld Vacuum - Walmart.com
I have one from pre-covid and it's still going strong. I leave it on stand all the time.

Junk. Get one that uses a battery system. These things die within a year.

I get cute the play on words but it can go either way, which is why a few of us are wondering, is it shit or is a good. Haha

Dang. I have the Dustbuster 20v and one of the clamps snapped off. Was on the fence about buying a replacement head for the broken clamp or buying a new vacuum. Guess I'll skip this and buy the part

Had one of these since COVID. Still works great and picks up pet hair well.

I too leave our WANDVAC on the stand all the time...
... because every time we use it it either gets clogged itself or the filter gets clogged. Highly impractical if you have kids/dogs, but I'm not sure it even serves a purpose for adults who give a crap about having their shoes clean before getting in the car. Blades of grass and any clump of dirt larger than a pencil eraser will get stuck, it won't pull dirt out of the grooves of the industrial rubber mats they put in most cars now, and anything sand or like drywall dust clogs the filter quickly.
Not to mention, it's VERY easy to confuse the power button with the dump button, and it's a mistake we've made numerous times...
IMO, the battery powered wet/dry vac options are probably the best option if you want cordless.

Is that your experience with this particular product, or just a general statement?

I have the same/very similar model. It's ok for cleaning rubber mats in the car. Mine has a powered brush too, but it doesn't swivel. So it's hard to keep it flat with the floor.

A full size shop vac is vastly superior. It's less suction than a Dyson V6 in low power mode. And comparable to a $30 Eureka plugin vacuum. I have all of the above.
